Retired category 1 cyclist. Got the ERG to help keep cardiovascular system in shape. Have had lower back troubles for many years riding bicycles, surprisingly the ERG doesn’t bother that condition. Got the ERG in September of 2009, had hip surgery in February of 2010. Just got back on the machine in August of 2010. In the future I hope to get on the water with a local club that might have room for me on one of there boats. All advise and comments welcomed for this new comer. Thanks, Jim |

2011 has been another difficult year. After a heart scare in 2010 I've had prolonged back issues this year which started the day after I collected my own Concept 2 Model D. This was down to gardening and not rowing! I've been able to use the rower since about June and am starting to enjoy the occasional 5K now! |
