Doing more cycling at the moment (circ 20 miles a day to and from work) so rowing is suffering a bit - but will still be rowing at least 3 times a week!!

Proud to say that I am now at least as fit as I have ever been, largely due to the Concept 2. Forced to give up running by history of injuries but no problems so far with the rowing. Determined not to go backwards before I hit 60. Currently averaging over 100K per month (and enjoying it!)

Retired category 1 cyclist. Got the ERG to help keep cardiovascular system in shape. Have had lower back troubles for many years riding bicycles, surprisingly the ERG doesn’t bother that condition. Got the ERG in September of 2009, had hip surgery in February of 2010. Just got back on the machine in August of 2010. In the future I hope to get on the water with a local club that might have room for me on one of there boats. All advise and comments welcomed for this new comer. Thanks, Jim

I will be an occasional rower this season starting May 2014. Tendinitis has been an issue for me for over 5 months now. Later this year I will decide whether or not to keep my C2 Model D. Perhaps a cross trainer might be better for me?
