Toronto ON CAN With the help of my rusty shoulder, I expect to be a strong candidate for the "Slacker of the Year". Nevertheless, the goal is to get down about 80 kg before the season is over. Good luck to all in meeting their goals this season.

Maineville OH USA Will set 750,000 meters as my goal again this year. Enjoy rowing but more into biking and hiking at this time. Rowing is a good low impact cross truing for me.

Bethesda MD USA selden@umd.edu I began rowing at 32 years ago, after a false positive on a stress cardiogram. Sarted with an Alden, moved to a Peinert lightweight racing shell, and rowed for years out of the Thompson Boat House here in DC. Full time erging now. 6 million meters @ May 2013.

Lanark Ontario CAN Still working on rehab from old injuries. Have to be grateful I am not worse off after aggravating some of them. I think if I had not tried to be so active I would be far worse off now... it is just that sometimes if one has a certain injury history it is easy to slip off the narrow road between benefit and injuring oneself on the side of injury. (I also am trying to practise the grace of not being too obsessed over outcomes). Shoulder impingement seems to still limit my ability to row..
