For over 25 years a lot of my spare time has been devoted to Cross Country Skiing and Rowing. Erging was a necessary evil as land based training for those sports. However too much time on a static C2 erg destroyed my technique so in 2010 I bought a Rowperfect erg and have never looked back since. On rare occasions I use a C2 on slides for time trials at the rowing club but it's no match for a Rowperfect erg. |
