I retired from the RAF in 1990. Since then I have done little or no exercise until I bought a Concept 2 in January 2013. Have completed more than 400,000 m between January and mid-May 2013 including 3 x 10,000 m and a half-marathon. Am also doing the 5-2 diet and have shed 3 stone since October 2012. My aim is to complete 2 million metres this season and shed another stone. |
