I started rowing on March 19, 2012, as part of the World ERG Challenge on the Vaughan Con2 Crew team. I didn't know I'd become a rowing addict. I didn't know there was such a thing! I actually will wake up early to row. I'm NOT a morning person!!! I love the logbook and looking at everyone's standings and messages. I find it so motivating!!! Now I try to recruit my friends to row too. The best benefit from the past 6 weeks of rowing...the results I'm seeing. I'm stronger, a bit slimmer and more energetic! Thanks Dave!! |
