I started rowing on the C2 rowing machine at the YMCA in Welland the last week of April of 2011 and reached the million meter mark July 11th 2011 I go to the YMCA twice a day everyday morning and later in the day.Thanks to the staff of John, Dave and Blair and fellow YMCA members for getting me going on days that I just want to do nothing.A very special thanks goes out to my very special friend Barbie.Also a thanks goes out to Dave and John for keeping me pumped up.As of August 14th, 2012 I have lost 10 pant sizes from a 48 to a 38 and dropped 50 pounds from 265 to 215 and rowed 21,654.547 million meters as of March 2013.For somebody with one lung that works I think that I am doing pretty good!KEEP ERGING :) |
