Try rowing an average of 7,000 meters a day. At a pace of 2:30/500 meters that's a 35 minute workout. That distance would also assure you of achieving a 200,000 meter certificate for Concept 2 individual and team challenges. If you do one 8,000 meter workout per week, you'll achieve the 50,000 meters per week category. I'm at just over 7,000 daily average for the 2010 season and that's maintaining my BMI below 22.5; body fat below 21% weight below 150 lbs for my 5'8 frame.
