Total meters for this session was 6250. It consisted of a warm up and then 10 by 500 meters with 1 mins recovery. Drag was 131 and for the last few intervals I reduced it down further. Surprisingly felt easier to achieve the same output with the lesser drag factor - so something to consider in terms of pace endurance while attempting the 2000 meters distance.

Definitely advantageous to push off from BALLS OF FEET rather than full foot.

So..... Full range of movement by bending forward ( not too much though ) / only start using arms- more or less - when legs have straightened. / Lean back slightly to achieve a full flow / length of stroke. Consider best speed to counteract lactic acid in legs.
