Did 'Top Tier' with RowAlong. Day 2 of 5 this 'week': 5 mins warm up and then 7 by 1 mins as hard as you can with 70 secs recovery. Did in studio so no monitor feedback unfortunately/ damper of start of 6 ( end of 5 ). Technique felt good using legs appropriately. Recovery fairly well between repetitions. Was conscious of when lactic acid was setting in each repetition: aim to elongate this lactic acid reaching point.
