Did RowAlong Top Tier workout. Set drag at 130. ( 5/6 area ). W/Up then 45s at 2k stroke rate + 2 , effort of 1k pace ( which is generally about 4 seconds quicker than 2k pace ), Rest 60 seconds // then 90 secs at above pace but 2 seconds slower pace, SPM the same, then 2m 15s at 2k pace, SPM the same , 2 mins recovery then repeat the second and then first effort again. Finished.
