A great way to tick off a 10k for the Holiday Challenge. Get faster at each interval, plan accordingly, there is no rest. If you start the 4000m at a 2:30, for the 3000m go for a 2:27, 2000m at 2:24, and 1000m at 2:21. This will require a bit of planning and gaming. Don't start too hot, as you are going to be dropping nearly 10 seconds off your pace as you go. If you're using the BikeErg double the meters.
