My first Marathon! Time is nothing to brag about, but I did it. 100% pain from 8k-5k left, but I got a second wind around 3k.
Shoulders hurt quite a bit after rowing. I'm guessing that's due to bad form near the end?
My core also hurt for about an hour, and my backside hurt. Not sure how to get around that. I added towels to the seat about every hour.
Dips are water/food breaks. Was going for every half hour or so, but I ended up just eating a bite whenever I felt like it. Dips followed by spikes are me trying to make up for lost time.
Big spikes in the 2nd half of the row are me standing up for a few seconds, but still pulling the handle, so it didn't time out. Overall pace during that time was about 4min/500m.
Not sure why my heart rate started to go nuts. I felt "fine". The Polar H9 strap is pretty accurate, though, so it's probably correct.
