At 81OP....did 10K k+ 100PUs....46:27. Not bad. Did the 10K in 26 / 26 / 26 / 22 / 26: 1:58.2 / 1:58 / 1:57.8 / 2:02.8 / 1:57.8. Was sprinting at the end, sub 1:50 for the last 250M or so...went straight into the PUs.
