this started hurting before the half way mark. on a Saturday after a week of resistance training, only did a 1 hour cardio aerobic on Tuesday thsi week.
I had my last food at 8.30am, so I was too late with this 10k session.
I gave up at least 2 times during the race.
Breathing difficult but heartrate nicely elevated.
Normal weather, PureGym in Acton.
Best recorded time ever / PB in any event.
