1750 meter went very well. Did 2 days of b-alanine. 2 teaspoons of baking powder in the morning. 1 paracetamol and 1 ibu 1 hour before exercise. Ventolin 45 mins before. tried 1.43 flat but could not get into rhythm. Max heart rate up from last 1500m and climbed much faster from start. some palpitations afterwards. no asthma attack afterwards.
