A fatty since I was about 23, I started on a path to health only recently in 2016 ages 35. After a shockingly gluttonous Christmas 2015, I lost 20Kg between January and June 2016

2 years prior to I gave up smoking after 17 years,

With the holidays over, I'm back on it, diet and rowing for glory. That said I have just expanded my gym with a Kettler spin bike to mix things up a bit - plus weights too.

My aim is to get into shape and to continuously improve, who knows where that will take me.
