Competitive Runner in college and for many years after. Switched to Cycling after an achilles surgery 10 years ago. Raced Road, CX and MTB until a near fatal MTB accident in Jan 2015. Rowed for the first time in Jan 2016 as part of rehab. Really enjoying it and plan to continue as long as I am able to do it without complicating previous injuries.
