After having rowed for 6 years I discovered the ski-erg. I find it much harder to go fast on the ski-erg and after having spend a little year on it my favorite workout is to combine the ski-erg with cross-fit exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, v-ups and toes to bars. This is real fun :-)
