I started rowing in early 2015 after my wife bought me a basic rowing machine for Christmas as a winter stand in for swimming. I caught the bug and upgraded to a Concept 2 in March 2016 and rowing is now my primary workout.

I row as many days as possible - my work causes me to travel a substantial amount of the time but I row when on the road when time and hotel facilities permit.
