(5) 2:05.7 @ 30 spm, HR 173 bpm. Used estimated 2k of 7:48 as previous best few months ago was 7:43 but not at that fitness level at the moment.

The splits tell the story 😅 Went well to start but was struggling after rep 3, not ashamed to say I quit after rep 4 but talked myself back into finishing it. Remembered a comment I read recently by Adam Wakefield on someone else's session about how lesser men would have ended a session early unlike the poster who finished even at a slower pace, that helped spur me on! Silly how the ego would rather end the session rather than finish up at a slower split!

Happy with how it went being only the second rowing session. Heart rate felt like it was blowing up despite the average not looking terribly high.
