Maybe Anne is right and I do need to redo my 2k. Or maybe I went too fast. Or more likely, both of those things... 🤔👀😅 Fun session though! Still trying to work out the right technique and one that suits me so my rate was a bit up and down. Do many of you lean into the machine to help use your bodyweight at the start of the stroke or try and stay more balanced?
