No session in mind, just go hard and hold on, fun type of hard pace. Started out as 20 mins and then wanted to hold 5km projected finish after and easy 3 minutes it was unlikely. With no real goal in mind to start it was easy tondecide to stop at 10 minutes. Still, happy to have held the pace I did on a whim. It was fun pushing the pace.
