Just got back to indoor rowing after a 10 year break doing other things!!
In 2006 I competed at the Birmingham Arena coming 4th in my age group, 2000 meters in 7:20, couldn't do it now!!
I'm just going for 1000 meters for now, first go today and managed 5:15 so we'll see how I get on........
