I used the Erg last July 2020, but I felt terrible (sick to my stomach). I think I had a heart attack on the ERG then, but I stopped as soon as I felt awful. I went downhill until mid-December when I was in the ER with a heart attack. I was stented and went home the day after. I just started using Concept II again today, and I feel great. I'm also 23 lbs light, which is good.
