Way back when I did the red nose row for Steve Redgrave charity, I got really involved with this but hurt my back with the training programme that said to row at 36 spm! I'm too long for that, I expect the training has been updated but it put me out for 13/14 years. Now I'm back and I'm struggling at the top end, age and lack of trying has taken me from 6.56 to 7.45. New start and I'm up for the Bric!
