First time totaling 10km and wanted to break it up into pieces I knew I could do with good form, and if needed, could take a break. 10 x 1000K 3/r was a modified medium WOD for today. 10 vice 8, and 3r vice 2 min easy. Worked out well. Tired but was able to not devolve into poor form.
