Upper body tired, condition low, slower than last time. Need to change something. Probably need more intervals to keep me motivated. Also I have ordered a BikeErg. Think the combination of BikeErg and SkiErg will be better for my condition. When I do bike I will recover my upper body while still getting very good cardio.
