No difference in heartrate between: shoes or no shoes, gloves or no gloves, single or double wrapped green cord, 24s/m reach to top or 29s/m feeling. But shoes and gloves off, heels 10cm from back edge, 29s/m felt best. ONLY differen was plate on or off. Heartrate aboat 1-2 bpm higher with plate on. Max DF on both. The trick to make low strokerate to work: its need to be higher reach, light and smooth powercurve.
