0.2 from PB. I was really fired up today. But made a big mistakes. I hyperventilated before start to get the heartrate up and get a lot of oxygen in the body. The problem was that the abs got tired before start and I slowed down earlier than training. I will learn from my mistakes and next time I will relax and breath slower before start. heartrate was 168 before start.
