Bad day today. 10x200m. Last 3 max effort. Tested saddle flat, tilting forward and tilting backward. First set was fastest, max 1:03 end 1:07. second 1:04, 1:10. last 1:04, 1:09. Did reverse order compare to last time. So slowest settings last time was fastest today. So I say It's no difference in speed at those settings. Only saddle height make a difference in speed.
