higher strokerate. But not better. Started to loose speed after 350m. And at 400m I had 1:25. I probably can't get 500m PB. Will soon start to focus on 100m for next season. My 3 last max effort 100m have been 14.3 sec. And PB is 13.7. Need to focus only at 100m to have a chance to get there. Condtion training destroy it all.
