Plan was hard acceleration and then even pace. got down to 1:04 then slowly dropped speed. was slower the 3 first splits. 4th split same as last time and last split faster. End 1:19 compared to 1:27 with max fly and die. total time was 0.7 sec slower. Next time I probably try closer to max effort in the beginning and drop slowly with good feeling and max last 100m.
