Finally I beat a over 2 years old PB with 1.2 sec. Fly and Die was the only way to do it. Started hard down to 1:16 pace, then relax much as possible and let the speed drop, end 1:30. Now I will only focus on 100m SkiErg and up to 30 sec max. BikeErg will be focus on 200m and maybe up to 500m. Not worth the pain with longer distances.
