7x2km. tested different DF. Max DF was lowest heartrate and best feeling. Also tested different saddle settings. No difference in heartrate but I choose the best comfort feeling and easiest to hold speed. saddle height nr 21. saddle further back and little bit tilting back or flat. Handle bar: max height and closest for easiest breathing.
