came about 800m before the burning was too much. Last workout I quit after about 4-500m, so this was better. but still to little rest. I have bad recovery, so I think I will benefit of training BikeErg only about 1-2 days per week. I walk a lot, also some cycling outdoors. Think thats great for base condition.
