tested a recovery session. target heartrate 130. could hold 2:10 pace at that heartrate. But very uncomfortable for my but, so when a standed up for a while and lowered speed, my heartrate rased to 147. and it took a while with lower speed to get it down to 130 again. will never do this again on bikeerg because it's to uncomfortable to sit on the saddle for so long.
