4 min fail. Perfect start, let the speed and strokerate drop. Just focus on feeling and technique. It got to hard feeling for me to finish. It's a massive difference between 1km and 4 minute. Also I took a look at my 4 min SB from september, and it was pretty much perfect. And then I trained aboat 2 hour cardio per day (mostly walking). Now my strength is better, but 4 minute is to long for me to beat SB or PB. Cardio is more important for that distance. Back to focus on sprints.
