Tested the diffenence beetween DF 80 and 120. Impossible to say which was best at this speed but DF 80 felt better. Rested every 5 minutes. DF 120 ish is usually perfect for most, but at this low speed and strokerate. DF 80 feels better. Would not see any diffenence in heartrate between DF 50-250 at this speed. But it is different style and feeling.
