Plate on, DF 155. Static starts. Felt better. 7 watts better than yesterday (DF 250). And 2 watts better than 2 days ago (rolling start, DF 155). But think rolling start is slightly better, because if I used my sprint technique in last set , I could gain maybe 5 watts ave.
