SB by 0.8 sec. 300 watt is not possible right now. Have a few failed attempt at 300 watt. Need to change my training. 10km per day don't help. The added 5km at slower pace don't help my 5km target pace. I feel training tired. should go back to 5km/day again at 5km target speed
