Tested to start harder with good feeling first 300m, then even pace. Felt OK but heartrate was much higher than usual at halfway. Maxheartrate after sprint finish was also little higher than usual 178. ave heartrate was 5 bpm higher than my 5km SB and 8 watt less today. I prefer even pace from start to keep heartrate low longer. That's little easier mentally for me
