Originally set to 21097.....had quite a thick t-shirt on and only 2 yogurts this morning. Because had some really good half marathon rows got a bit complacent. Difficult from beginning was happy aiming 21097 at 2.15 split but went out at 2.13 and run out of steam. Could have carried on as wasnt going particularly fast but arms tired and would just ruin next few days. Still reasonable distance for metre building back up to 10000m daily average.
