I am relatively new to indoor rowing. I vary workouts during the week to include rowing, yoga, and calisthenics. When I started I had hopes to achieve a 7 min 2k but I am fairly certain that goal is unattainable. Trying, as best I can, to mitigate effects of aging and retain some ability in athletics, so I'll appreciate any progress. My main sports now are those that generally can be conducted while smoking a cigar.
