Ive never heard of this cause before until some good friends informed me. Everyone getting on board for their own reasons. Mine is to support some friends that were very lucky. But mostly in memory of the greatest Dad. Me and my family lost My Dad this year he was not one of the lucky ones. At first I thought why bother I cant bring him back, I didnt see the point. Angry feelings and emotions came first but after thinking about it, And another loved one in my family experiencing this awful experience. I wanted to help and do my Dad proud. So please donate to this great cause. ( being absent from the gym this November i am unable to row but ive heave created my own challenge 100 squats a day for all of November ) ♡
