Just rowing. Different rates, pulling harder, pulling easier. Focused on keeping my heels on the stretcher and the belly drawn in and the small of the back rowed well out. The discovery this afternoon is that if the back is round at the finish, I’m safe. It’s when the back is straight at the finish that I start to feel pain.
