Same technical problems I have been working on for months:
At the catch I am working on eliminating hyperextension in the lower back and starting the drive off the stretcher with the buttocks.
During the drive I am working on the force curve. I want it to be both smooth and broad, and to show that I am applying solid effort from the beginning to the end of the drive.
And at the finish I am working on pulling the abs in tight, keeping the pelvis in neutral alignment with the spine, and allowing my back to curve naturally.
