Three intervals. The first was a 3K. The initial goal was to rate at 16-20 spm. Sometime into the workout I added another goal: 10-meters-per-stroke. The second interval was also 3K at 16-20 spm and 10-meters-per-stroke. The third workout was only 2K at 10-meters-per-stroke.
It requires enormous concentration to workout at 10-meters-per-stroke — leastwise it does for me because I find the tedium nearly intolerable. For this reason it easier to divide the workout into intervals and take a break between them.
