The first two intervals I met the goal of 10-meters-per-stroke. After that, however, the workout became tedious. Very soon into the third interval I lost focus and began ignoring the goal of 10-meters-per-stroke. As I increased the spm the distance-per-stroke decreased. Not long after I began to ignore the PM5 also. I am finding it difficult to sustain a rhythm while rowing at low rates.
