2 x 30 mins < 22 spm ... The goal this workout was to row at a low stroke rate and work on technique. For the technique part I used Harry Mahon’s “ultimate goal of of finding a nice, easy, flowing movement.” I also tried to remember to keep my feet firm and flat on the stretcher, to sit up higher during the drive and recovery, to poise forward on the front of the slides, weight forward onto the feet, and to stay within Dubousset’s Cone of Economy.
