30 mins < 22 spm ... The hardest part of rowing at a low stroke is staying focused on finding a nice, easy, flowing movement; for focus is constantly being diverted from how I am rowing to how slow I am rowing. For much of the workout the only way I could stay focused on technique was to row eyes shut.
